There are at least 13 different or varied patterns with Dove in the name. Some look like a Bear Paw pattern, some like Hen and Chickens, and one is a variation of the Drunkard's Path. But all remind us of the story of Noah and the flood.
What makes this Dove at the Window quilt pattern more difficult is that it has several Y seams.
You can find instructions for making a Y seam Quilting Tips: Y-Seam Construction.
You will find the templates for this block at PDF for this block. The rotary cutting instructions are at PDF for this block.
